*Spring Cleaning Week Giveaway* Cleansing With Nutrition And Detox

Don’t let Spring Cleaning Week pass by before you take a moment to focus on diet. Your daily meal choices can be the most powerful cleansers for your body, as the right foods encourage the removal of waste and toxins.
Start by adding more vegetables and fruits to your day, especially green leafy vegetables that will neutralize excess sugar and acid produced in your body. Papaya is an amazing cleansing fruit, with natural enzymes that improve digestion, as are apples, which cleanse the colon with natural pectin fiber. Increasing your intake of fiber is an all-around great way to cleanse! It’s also essential to hydrate your body with water all throughout the day. You might also add a few cups of green tea, a wonderful toxin cleanser.
If you’re looking for faster, deeper cleansing results, you might decide that your body would benefit from a detox. Celebrities from Beyonce to Gwyneth Paltrow have used detoxes for cleansing and weight loss. A detox plan can produce different results in everyone, so if you haven’t done one before, start small.
Today we’re giving away the LemonAid 48-Hour Detox and Probiotic Balance supplements from David Kirsch, wellness expert and trainer to celebrities like Anne Hathaway, Heidi Klum and Liv Tyler.

David Kirsch is amazing! If he can make Heidi Klum look like that, I’m buying whatever he’s selling. To spring clean my diet this year, I’m drinking lots more water to help flush out toxins and have more energy.
I’m actually detoxing. I’m doing a cleanse to help spring clean my body and so far I feel great.

I’ve never tried a detox before. I have always been scared that I’d wouldn’t able to workout at the same time. But if this is recommended/made by David Kirsh it must be fantastic!
This spring I’m really trying to eat a “clean” diet and cut back on high sugar/sodium foods. I’m also experimenting in recipes that use Quinoa and trying to eat this season’s freshest fruits and vegetables!

I WANT to detox! I would love to try these products! To spring clean my body, I”m doing more yoga. Your post yesterday was fantastic and I’ve found that yoga really changes my body and mind.
Hopefully I’m spring cleaning with David Kirsh’s detox kit!
And, I’m eating fewer dairy products which has been great for me so far.
I’m eating less processed foods to spring clean my body. Sometimes your body just needs a break from “fake” food. I do this about 4 times a year and it’s great.
Can guys jump into the mix here? I would love to try these products. I’ve followed David’s advice for awhile and he’s truly amazing. To help spring clean my body, I’ve stopped drinking all sodas, sugar drinks, and anything else that isn’t pure, clean water. Its crazy how that can make such a difference.
For my Spring Body/Diet/Mind makeover I have decided that along with adding more protien, since I am a veggie/vegan, I am adding more E.V.O.O(extra virgin olive oil) and Flax Seed Oil along with nuts into my diet and healthier versions of carbs I am only having brown rice pasta and brown rice for my carbs and that is very rare because I am not a BIG carbby, and I decided NO FAKE SUGARS!! Also not only am I going to balance out my diet, I am going to balance out my mind with meditation and lots of pilates and yoga to stay sane in this crazy yet amazing life we have today; I made a pack with my Best Friend that whenever we say or think something negative about anything or anyone including yourself, you will have to say 5 positives about anything in your day and one has to be about yourself! Anyone is welcome to try this along with me!
thanks for everything, God bless
Skye
David Kirsch is amazing! I would love to detox using his products! I’ve actually sort of been cleansing for Spring Cleaning by substituting warm lemon water in the morning for my coffee. I’ve noticed a difference in the way I feel and I don’t have that caffeine crash!
I’m having a green shake every morning now to help clean my body during the spring season. I throw in a banana and apple and you cant even taste the greens.
