How great that they show options for doing the exercises without the reformer! I tend to be more into yoga, but I really should give Pilates more of a try. This stuff looks good.

You really should give it a try, Jenn! It really reshapes your body and it’s a great workout. Although, I have to admit, I’m definitely a yoga girl too!
