How Jennifer Lopez is Getting Her Body Back and Training for a Marathon

Jennifer Lopez is working hard on getting her pre-baby body back 5 months after giving birth and has even decided to compete in a triathlon!  She’s enlisted the help of celebrity trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to whip her body back into shape and get ready for the grueling competition.  Her workout routine consists of 35-minute runs with swimming and 50-minute bike rides - sometimes six days a week!  Wow!  J Lo says she’s looking to compete in September or October and chose a triathlon because, “

“I want my babies to be proud of me.”
