Dancing With The Stars choreographer, Cheryl Burke, was spotted splashing in ocean in Hawaii and showing off her bikini body! She obviously keeps in great shape by dancing but Cheryl also dished on her diet in a recent interview.

Cheryl says she’s always on the go and has a super busy schedule but always makes time for breakfast.

When I do have time to sit down, I make an egg-white omelet with turkey and mushrooms, and a side of fruit.

As for her lunch, Cheryl says she will often head to Whole Foods when she’s working to pick up a

salad with tuna, cucumbers, tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette

Cheryl snacks on tuna or almonds during the day and

and eats a light dinner of fish and veggies, making sure to leave three hours to digest dinner before bed.

So, does she ever cheat? Of course! She says,

I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but sometimes I do cheat—I don’t really even like cheese, but once I start eating brie, I can’t stop! And if I’m out at a Mexican restaurant with chips and guacamole, well, I have to have a blindfold on.
