Want to Get Fit? Throw a Party!

The next time you decide to have a little get together, think about throwing the element of fitness in the mix!  Fitness parties are becoming more and more popular and they’re so much fun!  You simply hire a company or certified trainer who comes into your home and will teach fitness classes, aerobics, yoga, and much more all in a fun, party atmosphere.  Many personal trainers are offering this option now and there are numerous companies that specialize in this service.

In addition to a great workout, many of them will design nutrition plans for you, answer fitness questions you may have, and even bring healthy food to share. Lots of people are choosing to celebrate their birthday and even their bachelorette parties this way.

    What a good idea! I’d, of course, make mine a fit bottomed girls party and probably serve a few too many of those healthy mint mojitos (after the workout, of course) you recently blogged about, but yes, a fabulous idea.

    And, I would definitely come to your fit bottomed girls party!! It would be SO much fun!! Maybe we could play Madonna’s latest CD or strip with Carmen Electra like you blogged about!! :)

    Oh wow. I’m so there fit bottomed girls… I think I ‘ll bring the lemongrass martini and my yoga mat. :o

    Actually, as a former party animal and personal trainer I think I can incorporate both and throw an awesome party. But seriously girls, this is a great idea and I wold really like to learn more about it.
