Audrina Patridge, from The Hills, is another celebrity who let Self Magazine take a peak at what they eat during a normal day. Take a look:
Breakfast A bowl of Quaker Natural Granola (oats, honey and raisins) cereal with lowfat milk, 2 Girl Scout Samoas cookies, a Starbucks caramel frappuccino with no whip and a bottle of water
Lunch Turkey sandwich from Susina Bakery & Cafe (with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions on wheat bread), Ruffles potato chips, iced tea
Snack Two handfuls of sour jellybeans, a Girl Scout Samoas cookie, water
Dinner Red wine, bread with ranch dressing, house salad, pizza topped with pineapple, pepperoni and tomato…dipped in ranch
Her diet definitely isn’t something I would recommend to my clients. From pizza, ranch dressing, and ruffles to the Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino, there’s a lot of sugar and empty calories going on here. I do like that she drinks water for at least a meal and a snack a day but she should really try to consume a bit more. It would be great if she were to trade out some of the sweets for fruit that would help get needed vitamins and fiber in her diet.
So, many of you are probably thinking, how does she look like that??!! Well, remember she’s still very young so her metabolism is racing at this point. Plus, she is a very active girl and works out religiously!
