Halle Berry tells People Magazine how she got her sexy body back after giving birth to baby Nahla Ariela Aubry just short of two months ago!  Berry hired celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza, who has also trained Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway, to get her back into her Bond bikini.  Braganza has Berry training 5 days a week for an hour at a time.  Their sessions are made up of three cardio segments (elliptical, kickboxing, and stairs or a hill climb), and a strength training routine that combines leg exercises and ab work.

As far as her diet goes, Berry is keeping it pretty simple.  She eats lots of veggies, complex carbs, lean protein and drinks a ton of water.

Seems easy enough, right?  Don’t be so sure.  Braganza is known for really making her clients work for every defined ab they get!  Kudos to Halle for putting in the hard work!  It has definitely paid off!
